Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Please note almost all pieces are hand made in our Miami studio and shipped from the United States.
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.
Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.
éliou is a United States based company. Throughout your checkout process we offer both our local postal service (USPS) along with other international services like Fedex and DHL. When an international order is placed and USPS is selected as your shipping option, please note once the parcel leaves the United States it is then transferred to your governments postal service. This means the USPS no longer receives status changes like a private service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) would. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made we will no longer be able to provide status changes or tracking information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.
Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accommodate a return within 14 days. All items are exchangeable for store credit only.
Our jewelry is delicate and fragile
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
Please follow our care guide for long lasting jewelry.
**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
To initiate your return, please send an email with your order number to email@example.com to begin the return process.
Once the items have been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your name and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your store credit information.
Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fee's for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable and are already included in your order when checking out.
If you decide to place a new order, the cost of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.
All customers are responsible for all duties and taxes related to their return.
IF YOU ARE SHIPPING A FAULTY ITEM, A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UPON INSPECTION OF THE ITEM AND OUTGOING POSTAGE WILL BE REFUNDED.
If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post.
Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced.
Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
If you want to exchange a ring or clothing for different size, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange form within 14 days from purchase. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for exchange orders.
Discount codes are excluded from any collaborations that are launched on the site.
